By accessing and using InClass, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
InClass is an online marketplace connecting dance teachers with students. Teachers can upload and sell dance tutorial videos, while students can purchase access to these educational materials.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
To become a teacher, you must apply and be approved by our team, or receive an invitation from an existing teacher. Teachers must comply with our content guidelines and quality standards.
Teachers agree to:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Teachers receive payment through Stripe Connect. InClass retains a platform fee (typically 20%) from each sale. Payment schedules are determined by Stripe's standard payout terms.
Teachers who refer new teachers may receive a commission (3%) on their referrals' sales for the first year, subject to the referred teacher's successful completion of a probation period.
Teachers retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant InClass a license to host, distribute, and display the content on our platform.
InClass owns all rights to the platform design, code, branding, and other proprietary materials.
Purchased content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
InClass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Dance instruction carries inherent risks—users should consult healthcare professionals before starting new physical activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InClass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Teachers under probation may be removed at our discretion. You may close your account at any time.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
